This policy explains how we send your weaving. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping costs

1.1 Shipping is not included in our prices unless the listing says otherwise.

1.2 All shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Dispatch and delivery

2.1 Ready-to-ship pieces are usually dispatched within 5–10 working days. Delivery times after that are the carrier's estimates and are not guaranteed.

2.2 Every piece is carefully packed and sent with tracking. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us within 24 hours if it is damaged, with photos of the packaging and the piece.

3. Arranging your own courier

3.1 For custom and commissioned pieces, you can choose to arrange your own shipping. Let us know before your piece is finished and we will agree a collection date with you.

3.2 If you arrange your own courier, the piece becomes your responsibility once we hand it to them. We are not liable for any loss, damage or delay after that point.

4. International orders, duties and taxes

4.1 The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

4.2 If a parcel is returned to us because these charges were not paid, we may deduct the cost of shipping it both ways from any refund.
