'Whispers of Müllerthal'

£420.00

56cm x 78cm

Inspired by the enchanting woodland trails of Luxembourg's Müllerthal region, this piece is a celebration of the beauty and stillness of autumn.

For many of us who have grown up in Luxembourg, the Müllerthal trails hold a special place in our hearts. They are familiar paths we return to time and time again, whether to escape the busyness of everyday life, find a moment of calm or simply reconnect with nature. There is something comforting about wandering beneath the trees, surrounded by towering sandstone cliffs, moss-covered rocks and the soft rustle of fallen leaves.

I wanted to capture a little of that feeling in this piece. The warm rusts, burnt oranges, golden yellows and deep berry tones reflect the changing woodland colours, while the softer shades bring to mind the misty autumn mornings that make these forests feel so magical.

Handwoven with a mixture of textures, yarns and carefully layered colours, Whispers of Müllerthal is my little tribute to a place that feels like home, and to the quiet beauty of finding your way back to nature.
