'Tides of Devon'

Inspired by a visit to the beautiful Devon coastline, this piece was created as a reflection of the landscape where land and sea meet. The changing colours of the coast, deep ocean blues, soft turquoise waters, earthy greens and warm sandy tones are woven together through layers of tactile fibres. Flowing, organic lines move across the piece like rolling waves and coastal currents, while the heavier textures and natural tones bring a sense of earth, rock and the rugged landscape back into the composition.

Created for a couple with a home in London, the piece is a celebration of the landscape they love to visit, the constant movement of the sea, the softness of the shoreline and the grounding presence of the land. Each layer was woven intuitively, allowing the fibres to form their own rhythm and movement, creating a piece that feels both wild and peaceful.

  • Each weaving is handmade from natural fibres and is intended as a decorative wall piece. Please handle gently and avoid unnecessary touching, pulling or exposure to moisture. If the fringe needs reshaping, use clean hands and gentle fingers to brush through and gently steam from a safe distance if necessary. No regular cleaning is required, simply dust lightly with a soft feather duster when needed.

  • Shipping is not included in the price of the weaving and will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to re-calculate shipping fees after check out.

    Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely at its new home.

    Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. In exceptional circumstances dispatch can take longer than 5 days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped, where available.

    For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
